Children at camp or events want to have fun, and in the process we as leaders will provide opportunities for personal growth, group interaction, to model positive behavior, help develop self confidence and encourage our participants to become leaders themselves. We continue to emphasize basics and head back to what really counts: Because Children Matter. This is more than a nice slogan, it our core philosophy.
